As a global jazz radio station, the team behind Jazz24 was curious how near — and far — our listeners are.
Based in Seattle and Tacoma, Washington, USA, we put out a call earlier this year to better understand, strengthen and celebrate our worldwide jazz community.
We heard from hundreds of you. Submissions came from our home state, places across the U.S. like Calimesa, California, and Akron, Ohio, and from as far away as Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Saitama, Japan; and Niue, a tiny (but apparently jazzy) island nation in the South Pacific.
